Motorola is gearing up to launch a new high-end smartphone, the Edge 40 Neo. It will be the third model in the series after the Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro, both of which arrived earlier this year. The upcoming phone has been recently spotted on various certification and benchmark listings. Today, we have a 360-degree video showing its design from every angle, and in all rumored colors.

Shared by MySmartPrice, which claims to have obtained it from industry sources, the video shows the Edge 40 Neo in three different colors: black, deep blue, and light blue colors. As a standard industry practice, Motorola has some fancy names for these shades. Those are Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea, respectively. The company has painted the entire back of the phone in the same color, including the camera bump.

Speaking of cameras, the Edge 40 Neo sports two of them at the back. The square-ish bump on the top left corner has “50MP” imprinted next to the cameras, confirming a 50MP primary shooter. Motorola has reportedly paired it with a 13MP ultrawide lens. On the front, we are expecting a 32MP selfie camera inside the tiny punch hole on the display. The screen itself is a 6.55-inch curved panel with a Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has noticeable bezels around the display, though not too thick. As usual, the company has kept the power and volume buttons on the right side of the phone. At the bottom, we have the SIM tray, a USB Type-C port, a microphone hole, and a speaker grille. The left and top edges of the upcoming high-end phone from the Lenovo-owned brand are free of any holes, ports, or buttons.

Other rumored Motorola Edge 40 Neo specs

Earlier leaks have revealed that the Edge 40 Neo will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 1050, a 6nm chipset with its fastest CPU core clocked at 2.5GHz. Motorola may pair the chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The company is equipping the phone with a 5,000mAh battery and also offering an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Like the other two models, the Edge 40 Neo will also run Android 13 out of the box. However, it could come with a more affordable price stage than the Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro. Rumors are that Motorola will take wraps off the new phone on September 15. We might come across more leaks with additional details on the build-up to its launch in a couple of weeks.
