The regular price for this desktop is $1,249.99. But right now Best Buy has it for $320 off. So you save $320, and you end up only paying $929.99, and you get a pretty decent gaming desktop PC in the process. As gaming desktops go, the Legion Tower 5i is a great-looking setup that isn’t too wild with the design. By all accounts it’s pretty unassuming aside from the colorful Legion branding and a little bit of RGB lighting on the inside of the case. But there are no wild case shapes or anything like that.
That makes it a little easier to fit the Legion Tower 5i into most setups. But looks aren’t the most important part here. This PC is packed with great features and has the specs to hold its own for some good-quality gaming. It has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. So there’s plenty of memory for running tasks and holding all of your games. It also comes with an Intel Core i5-13400F CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. It’s a solid mid-range PC and you should easily be able to play games at 1080p and get 60 frames per second or more in most games you play.
The good news is that this has a 30-series graphics card in it. So it supports NVIDIA’s DLSS technology to help with frame rates should they need a boost. You also get easy access to a few ports that sit on the top of the PC case next to the power button. Most of your ports will be in the back, of course. But it’s nice to have a few around the front to give them easy access. This way you can plug in peripherals without having to reach around to the back of your setup. If you’re looking for a PC upgrade and don’t feel like building your own rig, this is a decent option.
