Amazon is offering a decent little discount on the Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU where you can save $100. This graphics card normally retails for $829.99, but you can currently pick it up for $729.99. Quite honestly, even the full price for this graphics card isn’t too bad. Especially when you compare it to an equivalent GPU from NVIDIA that likely costs significantly more.
But there’s nothing wrong with a little savings when you can get it. In terms of performance, you can compare this to cards like the RTX 4070 and the RTX 4080. This is a 20GB GPU with a uniquely designed fan system that provides increased downward air pressure for better airflow to keep temperatures down. It provides lots of performance power with relatively low noise and is quite stable in terms of sustained performance. It can also be overclocked and it supports DisplayPort 2.1 with two of those ports available. There are also two HDMI ports if you prefer using HDMI.
This card also comes with a graphics card supporter to ensure there’s no sag after installation. You may not need to use it, but it’s nice that it’s included with the card just in case. The card has a boost clock speed of 2450MHz and a game clock speed of 2075MHz. It should easily fit in most mid-size and full-size PC cases. While you might not be able to use this card for maxed-out graphics at 4K if you want decent frame rates, you can easily run games at 1440p without any issues. Graphics settings will also vary from game to game. So maxing them out isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation.
If you’re looking for a good value on a GPU at the top end that provides great performance and runs quietly, you can’t go wrong here.
